Overview
SPACE were engaged to devise a new way of working for the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration (SCRA) staff at their Kilmarnock office.
Flexible desking or desk sharing was a huge undertaking by the client who where clear this was what they wanted to implement.
Our Approach
Through workshops with staff & managers alike we were able to devise a space plan that allowed for flexible working, but could accommodate all staff of a full capacity office which different settings to work comfortably.
It was important that the space had its own unique identity and inspiration was taken from the many ‘Jolomo’ paintings throughout the space to bring unique washes of colour & texture to lift the space for the staff. Budget was key, but impression was paramount.
