RZSS Mansion Bar

Primarily used as an event space, the Mansion Bar needed a refresh to improve the look and feel as well as updating the furniture layout to make it more adaptable to changing event requirements. As a room with heavy use and limited space, we needed to maximise the floor usage while ensuring we left clearances for key points like the bar area and fire exit. We removed the fitted banquette seating, replacing it with new loose furniture options and replicating the room’s existing panelling on the exposed walls.

Feature wallpaper highlights the design’s wildlife theme, with a coordinating colour palette of greens and yellows and strategic use of colour blocking to give an intimate space a big impact. The program had a strict timeline to ensure planned events could be held in the space with no disruption and was completed on time and within budget.
